Shipping policy

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Locations: We deliver across the U.S.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and cart contents.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may increase or be delayed due to carrier schedules, high shipping volume, weather conditions, operational disruptions, or upcoming or observed holidays.
Carriers may deliver before or after the estimated delivery date, or hold packages in transit, and such delays are outside of our control.

Holiday & High-Volume Shipping Notice

During peak periods, including but not limited to holidays, carrier transit times may be extended. To protect product quality—especially for perishable or frozen items—we reserve the right to delay or hold shipment until a safe and appropriate shipping window is available, even if an estimated delivery date was previously displayed at checkout.

Shipping Schedule:
To minimize the risk of delays and prevent packages from being held by carriers over the weekend, orders are typically shipped at the beginning of the week . Orders placed later in the week may be held and shipped the following week to avoid extended transit time.

Perishable Items: To minimize transit time, perishable items are shipped only on select days based on the chosen shipping method and destination. For exact delivery schedules, contact support@allfrom1supplier.com.

Frozen Shipping Disclaimer:
We take great care in packaging your frozen items using dry ice and insulation. However, once your order is handed over to the carrier, delays due to weather, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. Please note: We are not responsible for spoilage due to carrier delays.

Consumption Warning:
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If the contents are no longer frozen or cold to the touch, do not consume them. All From 1 Supplier is not liable for any illness resulting from the consumption of thawed or improperly stored food.

Canada Shipping

We also ship to Canada using select international shipping methods.

International shipments to Canada may be subject to customs clearance procedures, import duties, taxes (including GST/HST/PST), brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by Canadian authorities or the carrier. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.

All Canadian shipments are sent as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) unless otherwise specified. The recipient is responsible for payment of all applicable import charges. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges and any additional fees incurred.

Transit times for Canada shipments vary by province and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by customs processing, inspections, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or border clearance procedures.

Perishable & Frozen Shipments to Canada

Due to the nature of international transit and customs clearance, frozen and perishable shipments to Canada carry an increased risk of delay. By placing an order containing frozen or perishable items for delivery to Canada, the customer acknowledges and accepts this risk.

We take care to properly insulate and package frozen items; however, once the shipment is transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for spoilage resulting from customs delays, inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Import Restrictions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products comply with Canadian import regulations. We are not responsible for items that are refused, seized, destroyed, or delayed by customs or regulatory authorities.

International Order Policy

All international orders, including Canada, are final sale. International shipments are not eligible for return or refund due to customs delays, import charges, or refused delivery.
