- EBT Customers: There is no minimum order requirement for EBT customers for shipping so the following does not apply.

Credit/Debit Card Customers (for Perishable Items): For orders containing perishable items, there is a minimum purchase requirement depending on the customer’s location.

Customers in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Texas, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Wyoming must purchase at least $100 worth of frozen items, which include cooked food, roti, raw fish, raw meats, and frozen produce. This requirement does not apply to dry goods or UPS Next Day & UPS 2 Day Shipment.
- Customers in Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Washington D.C., and West Virginia must purchase at least $50 worth of frozen items (including cooked food, roti, raw fish, raw meats, and frozen produce) to process shipments of frozen goods.

- Perishable Items: We take special care when packaging perishable items. However, we are not responsible for spoilage due to delays or high temperatures in transit.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact support@allfrom1supplier.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, such as food and beverages, are non-returnable.
- Spoiled Items or Order Issues: If there are issues with your order upon receiving it, such as items being spoiled, please contact us as soon as possible. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.
- Refunds: Refunds for eligible items will be processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation. Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
6. Discount Codes and Promotions
- First-Time Customer Discount: We offer a 10% discount for first-time customers with the code AF10OFF. This offer is valid on one-time purchases and cannot be combined with other discounts.
- Other Promotions: We may offer other discounts and promotions from time to time. Each promotion will have specific terms and may be subject to change.
