How do I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points at checkout. After entering your payment details, you’ll see an option to apply your available reward points before completing your order.

I already placed my order and forgot to use my points. Can I still apply them?

Points cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.
However, your points remain in your account and can be used on future orders.

How are reward points calculated?

Reward points are earned based on your order subtotal only.
Points are not earned on discounts, shipping fees, taxes, or additional charges.

When do my points appear?

Reward points are added to your account after your order has been completed and processed.

Do reward points expire?

Reward points do not expire and can be used anytime.

Is there a minimum number of points required to redeem?

No minimum points are required. You can redeem your points at checkout whenever you choose.

Do reward points apply to all products?

Reward points can be redeemed on eligible products only. Some exclusions may apply.

What happens if my order is refunded?

If an order is refunded, the reward points earned from that order will be removed from your account.
